Role of PornSalsa

PornSalsa is a search and discovery service. It does not create, film, commission or host the underlying video files displayed through the service. Playback is provided through supported third-party embeds, and each watch page links to the originating provider.

PornSalsa does not independently inspect or maintain the performer-identification records for every underlying production and does not represent itself as the custodian of the primary producer records for those works.

Age and recordkeeping

Content indexed by PornSalsa is intended to feature adults who were at least 18 years old at the time the underlying material was produced. PornSalsa relies on the originating providers and producers to comply with applicable performer age-verification and recordkeeping requirements.

To the extent that records are required under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A or related regulations for an underlying work, those records are maintained by the applicable original producer and/or designated custodian of records. Information regarding the source of a particular video can be reached through the provider link on its PornSalsa watch page.

Reporting concerns

If you believe that content indexed by PornSalsa depicts a person who was under 18, or that a listing raises a material age-verification or recordkeeping concern, contact [email protected] and include the exact PornSalsa URL and any relevant supporting information.

PornSalsa may remove or disable an index entry, embed or link while a credible report is reviewed.
