DMCA & Copyright Policy
PornSalsa respects intellectual-property rights and provides a notice-and-takedown process for material indexed, linked or embedded through the service.
How PornSalsa works
PornSalsa is a search and discovery service. It does not host the underlying video files. Video playback is provided through supported third-party embeds, and each watch page provides a link to the originating provider.
Even when material is hosted elsewhere, PornSalsa may remove or disable its own index, search result, embed or link when a sufficiently specific copyright complaint is received.
Submitting a copyright notice
If you believe copyrighted material is being made accessible through PornSalsa without authorization, send a written notice to [email protected]. Please include enough information for us to evaluate and locate the material, including:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the PornSalsa page or material at issue, preferably with the exact PornSalsa URL;
- your name and reasonably sufficient contact information;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
What happens after a notice
PornSalsa reviews sufficiently complete notices and may expeditiously remove or disable access to the relevant index entry, embed or link. Where appropriate, we may also contact the originating provider or preserve information needed to handle the complaint.
Repeated or clearly abusive infringement involving the same source may result in broader blocking of that source from PornSalsa.

Copyright notices are legal communications. Please do not knowingly make material misrepresentations about ownership, authorization or infringement.
